With over seven years of industry experience and over 20 years of customer service experience, Susan has dedicated herself to improving every client’s landscape through empathy, passion, charisma, and education. A Note from Susan:
Trees are integral components of any community, akin to essential service providers like postal workers or grocery clerks. They can be considered as important to your household as a beloved family pet. Although tree removal is sometimes necessary, its absence often leaves a noticeable void and an emotional impact.

To illustrate the significant positive contributions that trees provide to communities and individuals, consider the following: Trees sequester carbon from the atmosphere, enhancing air quality. They contribute to lowering cooling and heating costs, boost mental health, reduce recovery time from injuries or illnesses, increase property values, improve drainage, and serve as natural barriers between properties.

I love meeting new people, seeing how creative other homeowners can be with their one beautiful landscape, and endeavor to endlessly be a positive contributor to your happy place. Schedule a time to have me visit your property for a free consultation.

Russ believes that green spaces and healthy landscapes are an asset all people deserve to enjoy to the fullest extent possible.

A Note from Russ:
I’ve worked regionally and nationally in arboriculture and urban forestry and am incredibly excited to bring my range of expertise to the Seacoast. Trees are a long term asset that when properly nurtured can create incredibly satisfying environments to spend time in. So often, small and targeted adjustments to the tree and its environment can pay off long term. I love partnering with homeowners on how to collaborate our efforts to produce the best results possible. From working with passionate DIYers on where to focus and when to pass off to an expert to partnering with other contractors on the landscape to maximize results, I am fully committed to delivering the best arboriculture on the Seacoast.

Regarding Pesticides

The word isn’t universally perceived as positive and often with good reason. So often they are prescribed too frequently and applied too broadly by uninformed companies looking to make money. We take a full Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach and fully consider alternate practices that can lead to a healthy tree capable of fighting off its own health issues without the need for pesticides. Pesticides are a tool in our tool belt that we deploy judiciously and as targeted as possible. We keep up with industry trends and research and are constantly adjusting our methods to deliver the best results possible with the least amount of environmental impact. This is a topic that many are passionate about and I would love to discuss how we can meet your needs and comfort levels.

Trees are often the biggest overlooked assets to homeowners and municipalities. Thus, at Legacy Tree Care, we believe in giving back to trees for the work they have done for us
